Your loginID or screen name: Choose your Login ID carefully, as it will become your identity on the Internet for millions to see and cannot be changed. Minimum of 3 characters, maximum of 15 characters; must begin with a letter and include only lowercase letters and numbers. No spaces or symbols allowed.
Your Password: Your password should be easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. The password should be at least 8 characters long and include at least one upper case letter, and either a digit (0-9) or punctuation character (such as . , or - ). Please do not use a word from the dictionary or personal information.
Secret Word or Phrase: This is used for security purposes when you call about your account. Example: your mother's maiden name.
Full Name: Your full name as it appears on your credit card.
Company Name: Use only if this is a company account.
Address Line 1: This is the address your bill will be sent to. Please use two lines if necessary.
Address Line 2:

Home Phone Number: Please use the format xxx-xxx-xxxx.
Work Phone Number: Please use the format xxx-xxx-xxxx.
Account Type: Choose the type of account you want based on the modem/terminal adapter you have. See IT's Pricing Page for details. Please verify that DSL service is avalable in your area before selecting one of the DSL options.
Billing Frequency: This is the period for which you agree to prepay; prepaid accounts receive price protection during period of prepayment. See IT's Pricing Page for details.
